In order to comply with the stringent US emission control regulations Triumph presented the Bonneville T 140E in 1978 with a reworked cylinder head, different Amal carburettors and electronic ignition. Our beautiful example has been delivered in Switzerland and was first registered on the 1st of May 1979. Some years ago, it was taken over by the vendor and now the Bonnie presents itself in good to very good condition. The 744cc parallel twin is running perfectly, the 5-speed gearbox is shifting correctly and the paintwork presents itself in good original condition. The British cult bike will be handed over to a new enthusiastic biker with the last Veteran MOT from July 2022.
