This popular BMW R25/2 – 38’651 bikes of this type were produced - is a Swiss delivery. Little is known of the early years of the bike until, in March 1989, it was taken over by the vendor. He had a complete restoration commissioned with the engine, the axles, wheels and brakes overhauled. The clutch, the exhaust system and the speedometer were replaced and the frame and the tank received a new paintjob including those elegant pin stripes. Since its completion the BMW spent most of its time in the collection of the vendor and in the last 34 years has only been driven 490 kilometres! The bike is currently in very good condition and will be sold to a next enthusiast with the last MOT from April 1991.
