On Tuesday night Italian supercar maker Maserati brought celebrities from the fashion, film and sports world to The Savoy Hotel for The Top to Tail Dinner and Catwalk Show in aid of Spinal Research.
The dynamic and elegant curves of the Maserati Quattroporte were available to transport a galaxy of stars from the James Bond Films including Samantha Bond, Darcey Bussell, Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Maryam d’Abo, and Grace Jones. Former England Rugby captain, Martin Johnson and Josh Lewsey headed a parade of sporting personalities including David Ginola and Greg Rusedski. Equestrian stars William Fox-Pitt and Nick Skelton were also joined by champion jockey, Richard Dunwoody.
Massimo Fedeli, Managing Director of Ferrari Maserati UK Ltd said: "The Quattroporte combines Italian style and sophistication with extraordinary performance and it is perfectly at home chauffeuring guests to the Savoy or sprinting across Europe with friends for the weekend."
Maserati has teamed up with Spinal Research which is the only charity solely funding research into the repair of damaged spinal cord. A fleet of 400 hp, 170 mph Maserati Quattroporte luxury saloons will be seen across London to support the event raising substantial funds for the charity.
