Leclere Motorcars’ Parisian sale is sure to light up your life this autumn

On 22 October, Marseille-based auction house Leclere Motorcars, in association with Drouot online auction platform, will light up both the city of Paris and your computer screens with a great assembly of automobiles for sale…

Bright lights

In an ever-growing and ever-expanding world dominated by technology, classic car auction houses are looking for ways to add fresh and exiting elements to their very traditional style of selling. Leclere Motorcars has teamed up with Drouot to have its auction take place not only in one of their halls in the 9th arrondissement of Paris but also through their online bidding platform. One of the highlight cars would have to be the 1974 Ferrari 308 GTB Group 4 (est. 170,000–220,000 euros) — a well-maintained genuine Ferrari Group B rally car with just 5,267km on its odometer. A fellow racing companion, the 1956 AC Aceca Bristol Coupé (110,000–140,000), which has had more time on track but is still in great condition, will also be offered for sale. As a French auction house, holding an auction in Paris, the sale wouldn’t be complete without a star French car and that’s surely the 1969 Alpine A110 1300 G (90,000–110,000). This beautiful blue Alpine has had a quality restoration and is sure to ignite a spark in both those watching in the room and online.
