It’s no secret that Italian stallions, such as the dreamy 1966 Alfa Romeo Duetto and 1972 Lancia Fulvia Zagato, are classic pairings with summer weather, but we shouldn’t forget the great British offerings that are poised to take advantage of any fleeting sunshine they may encounter. A 1965 Aston Martin DB6, for example, is a fine vehicle to carry you through the warmer months, as is the 1994 Bentley Continental R, but perhaps neither are as perfect a fair-weather friend as the 2013 Land Rover Defender, complete with a convertible rear section and plenty of seating for fortunate passengers.
