At the heart of this watch is a legendary high grade automatic cal. k1071/1 with 29 jewels, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, which is runs great and all functions work as expected.  This model features a white original dial with beautiful gold indexes, signed "Vacheron&Constantin","Geneve", "Swiss", like new condition. A beautiful hour, minute and seconds hands grace the dial. The case made from 18k solid yellow gold, has polished and brushed finishings, as well as an extremely unique angled case, with lapidated or "hooded" style lugs. The case measuring approximately around 33,5 mm across excluding the crown and 40mm from lug to lug in very good condition, with minor surface scratches that are to be expected on any watch of this age. The case back number 345083, hallmarked as 18k gold 750.
