wristwatch and 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.
Two body, solid, polished and brushed, back with screws, oval
diamond-set stepped bezel, stepped lugs.
White with applied diamond indexes. 'Bâton' gold hands.
Cal. 1055, rhodium plated, 'fausses côtes' decoration, straight
line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold
isochronism and 5 positons, self-compensating flat balance spring.
