Very fine, 18K yellow gold keyless Chronometer pocket watch. Accompanied by fitted Patek Philippe
presentation case and certificate.
Four-body, "bassine", polished, engine-turned
caseback. Hinged gold cuvette.
White enamel with black radial Roman numerals,
outer minute track and red 5-minute Arabic markers,
sunk subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold spade hands.
