Very fine and rare, octagonal 18K pink gold wristwatch with
a 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the

Two body, polished and brushed, inclined faceted octagonal
bezel, straight lugs.
Brushed gilt with a central reverse brushed stripe, applied
pink gold Arabic numerals at the quarters and painted baton
indexes, outer minute track. Blued steel feuille hands.
