by the original certificate of origin and Patek Philippe
leather travel case.
Three-body, solid, polished, rounded stepped
bezel, straight lugs, screwed bars, hinged back cover
over a transparent case back for viewing the movement,
sapphire crystals.
Ivory with black painted radial Breguet-style numerals,
outer minute/seconds track, aperture for the
date. Oxidized gold Breguet hands.
Cal. 315/202, stamped with the Seal of Geneva
