white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Acconpanied by an extract from archives.
Three body, solid, polished, bicolored, snap-on case back, stepped bezel,
straight yellow gold bars linked to the stainless steel straight lugs, yellow
gold and stainless steel crown.
Two-tone silver with applied square indexes at quarter, outer minutes
division, yellow gold feuille hands.
Cal. 10''', gilt brass, 15 jewels, lever escapement à moustache,
cut bimetallic balance, 6 adjustments, flat balance-spring.
