This is a beautiful piece of Swiss watchmaking from one of the most remarkable watch manufacturers in the world for at least a century, Omega Genève.

The steel case measures approx. 35 mm (excluding crown).
The case back is made of steel, as can be seen in the photos.
Original dial with normal signs of wear given its age.
It bears the inscription 'OMEGA' 'AUTOMATIC' and 'GENÈVE'
Dial without numbers.
Steel link strap: 16 cm
