Franck Muller started studying watchmaking in 1981, created his first watch in 1983, and opened the House of Franck Muller in 1991 in the village of Genthod, close to Geneva. With its state-of-the-art, ultra-complicated watches, his eponymous company soon became popular and managed to compete with the historical watch brands. Its 'World Premieres' are famous events, where the company presents a unique model every year. Franck Muller's watches are worn by various celebrities, among them Demi Moore, Robin Williams, Elton John, 50 Cent, and José Mourinho.
