Very fine, extra-thin, 18K yellow gold dress watch.
Three-body, "lentille", solid, polished.
Matte and "flinqué" silver with painted Arabic numerals and outerminute
track. Blued steel "Breguet" hands.
Cal. 16''' maillechort, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight-
line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance-spring.
