diamonds quartz wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Cartier
buckle.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bezel and lugs
set with 22 round diamonds, case back with four screws,
sapphire-set octagonal winding-crown, sapphire crystal.
Ivory color with painted radial Roman numerals, concentric
minutes track, secret Cartier signature on the VII.
Blued steel epée hands.
With quartz standardization.
