wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle.
Three-body, polished and brushed, bezel set with round white
diamonds, straight lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals
Brushed yellow gold annular with engraved baton indexes.
Yellow gold and black baton hands.
Cal. 1003/1, gilt skeletonized and hand-engraved, 17 jewels,
straight-line lever escapement with 5 adjustments, monometallic
balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring,
index regulator.
