Local raw materials such as old wood and natural stone as well as bush-hammered concrete were used for the outdoor facilities. The traditional architecture is skilfully combined with contemporary elements. Lined with gardens that are typical of the area and wide, mostly secluded terraces, the living spaces are being expanded into the open air.
Chalet "Travertin" offers a glazed living and dining area with a designer kitchen block on the upper floor and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space discreetly packed in the background as well as a cozy place by the open fireplace in the library. The partly covered, wide terrace is connected with a staircase to the garden on the ground floor.
