In fall 1960, Phil Hill drove a Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa in the Riverside Sports Car Grand Prix (October 16) and a Cooper T51 in the Grand Prix of the US (November 20). Included in this lot is a letter from Glenn W. Davis, Director of Special Events for the Times-Mirror Company, to Phil Hill detailing his pay for the Sports Car Grand Prix.
