This Morgan was fully prepared 12 years ago for active racing in historic racing classes. For years this has been a well-known participant in the HTGT (Historical Touring Cars and GTs) and also very creditable, as witnessed by the many victories and titles that have been achieved there. The Morgan often raced in Zandvoort in recent season, with a fastest lap time of 2 minutes 5.896 seconds. But he also visited many international tracks such as Spa-Francorchamps, Paul Ricard and Brands Hatch.

Every effort has been made to prepare this Plus 4 as optimally as possible for its job on the track. The racer has the SuperSport specifications with the Triumph 2.138cc engine. This was overhauled in 2017 by Peter van Giersbergen and equipped with the double weber carburetors. The rare Moss gearbox is mounted. This Plus 4 is, of course, equipped with a Sparco bucket seat and roll bar.

Racing is associated with wear and tear and therefore there is a wide range of quality parts available with this Morgan. There may even be two extra Moss gearboxes, one of which is not completely complete. In addition, if required, many additional parts are available, such as 8 spoke rims, various brake parts, a rear axle, radiator with fan, Triumph cylinder head, ignition with ignition coil, front suspension, shock absorbers and springs, etc. etc., so that the next owner can immediately enter the circuit for a great racing season.

The historic FIA paspport shows that this Morgan has approval until December 2026 for participation in international races. All in all a unique opportunity for fans of historic racing.
