This Italian-market 1995 BMW 850 CSi completed production on 18 April 1994, finished as it presents today in Oxford Green with Anthracite buffalo leather and Myrtle Wood Burl trim. It came equipped with an electric sunroof, leather steering wheel, electrically adjustable seats, automatic airflow control, independent ventilation control, Radio BMW Business RDS, six-disc CD changer, power-operated rear and manual side sunshades, plus velour floormats.
The car was delivered to its first owner through Schiatti Car in Carpi, Italy on 2 January 1995, according to information in an accompanying service booklet and expired libretto. The first owner, a resident of Rome, retained the BMW until 2020, with stamps in the service booklet documenting periodic maintenance. An invoice on file shows that BMW Rome replaced the rear differential, vehicle speed sensor, and a constant-velocity joint in September 2014.
The consigning owner later acquired the 850CSi and imported it to Germany. In October 2020, Autohaus Kühnert GmbH refurbished the suspension and clutch. In February 2022, the official BMW dealership and BMW Classic partner replaced the flywheel, clutch pressure plate, left camshaft, rocker arms, various gaskets and seals, distributor cap and rotors, two pressure regulators, stabiliser bar link, fluids, and filters, and reset the valve clearances.
In preparation for the sale, Autohaus Kühnert renewed the fluids, filters, battery, and tyres in September 2026 as part of a major service. The BMW is accompanied by invoices for this work, previous registration documents, build data, factory manuals, and its stamped service booklet. The odometer read 216,756 kilometres at the time of cataloguing.
