This description presents the possibility of commissioning a Fiat 600 Multipla in an open recreational version inspired by the Jolly style. Each car is built to order on the basis of a Fiat Multipla, with a comprehensive restoration and conversion. This is a Jolly Recreation, not a factory-built Ghia Jolly model.
Restoration and build process
The work begins with the complete disassembly of the car, down to the last screw. We inspect the body, underbody, suspension, steering, braking, electrical and drivetrain systems individually. The stages of the work are documented with photographs.
The body is sandblasted back to bare metal. After assessing its condition, we carry out the necessary bodywork and replace any damaged sections. The body is then treated for corrosion protection, prepared for painting and finished in Azzurro Aquamarina.
The underbody is cleaned and prepared for reassembly. All suspension components are inspected and replaced with new parts. The steering system is also rebuilt.
The four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine is fully rebuilt. It is dismantled, inspected and reassembled, with worn parts replaced. The cooling system is also rebuilt. The proposed petrol version will have a target engine output of 34 hp. The gearbox is dismantled and overhauled, with worn components replaced before reassembly and adjustment.
The car receives a new electrical system, new lamps and lighting components. The braking system is also comprehensively renewed with new components. Once assembled, the electrical system, brakes and other vehicle systems are checked.
The interior is finished with natural wicker seats and black floor mats, in keeping with the Multipla’s open recreational character. After assembly, the car undergoes a final inspection and road testing.
Powertrain options and price
The proposed price for the petrol version is €72,000.
The Fiat 600 Multipla Jolly can also be built as an electric version. The electric drivetrain specification and price are agreed individually when preparing the order.
