This is a rare version equipped with the legendary 427 Big Block engine, developing 390 hp from its 7-litre displacement, paired with the M22 Muncie 4-speed manual gearbox and a 3.36 limited-slip differential.
The car is presented in the very elegant Fathom Green Poly Metallic (983), complemented by a black leather interior (402).
The car is original, and all its numbers, both mechanical and colour-related, correspond (Matching Numbers).
The 1969 Chevrolet Corvette equipped with the legendary 427 V8 represents one of the most iconic versions of the C3 generation. With its imposing Big Block engine and sporting character, it offers remarkable performance and an unmistakable exhaust note. A true symbol of the American Muscle Car era of the late 1960s.
Originally sold in the United States, this Corvette remained in the hands of the same owner from 2001 to 2019 in Arizona, where it benefited from a very favourable climate. The car was subsequently imported into Europe, where it has had only one owner.
We have a selection of rare original documents, including its original owner's manual, original pre-delivery check-list, several old maintenance records, as well as extensive documentation and history dating back to 2001.
The engine, suspension, brakes, as well as a new soft top, were rebuilt before the car left the United States. The original gearbox was also completely rebuilt.
