Beschreibung
This Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS was produced on June 2nd, 2022 and first registered on August 16th, 2022. Finished in the striking Shark Blue, it has covered just 8,500 km from new and has had only two owners.
The GT4 RS represents the ultimate evolution of the 718 Cayman platform and one of the most exciting modern Porsche models ever produced. At its heart sits a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six derived directly from the 911 GT3, delivering 500 PS and revving all the way to 9,000 rpm. This made the GT4 RS the most powerful mid-engined production sports car ever produced by Porsche.
Its performance credentials are equally impressive. During its official Nürburgring Nordschleife run, the GT4 RS recorded a lap time of 7:09.300, making it more than 23 seconds faster than the regular Cayman GT4 over the same 20.8-kilometre layout.
This particular car benefits from the highly desirable Weissach Package, which further enhances the GT4 RS through extensive use of exposed carbon fibre and a series of motorsport-inspired details. The package is complemented here by carbon exterior mirrors, the carbon interior package and carbon door sills, while the roll cage and six-point harnesses reinforce the car’s unmistakably track-focused character.
One of the defining features of the GT4 RS is its unique induction system. Instead of conventional rear side windows, Porsche positioned air intakes directly behind the occupants, feeding the engine while bringing the sound of the naturally aspirated flat-six directly into the cabin. It is one of the elements that gives the GT4 RS such a distinctive and immersive driving experience.
The specification of this example is particularly complete and includes Front Axle Lift, PASM, Sport Chrono Plus, PDLS+ with LED headlights, smoked LED rear lights, reversing camera, cruise control and BOSE sound system. Inside, the Alcantara interior is complemented by an Alcantara Sport steering wheel and headliner, black instrument dials, Indian Red seat belts, sports pedals, sports footrest and an aluminium-design fuel cap. The Porsche lettering is finished in black, while a protective PPF has been applied to the front bonnet.
The car was delivered in C05 specification and received an initial service in January 2023 at 3,194 km. Prior to sale, it will return to an official Porsche Centre for a fresh service and inspection.
With its low mileage, Shark Blue finish, Weissach Package and exceptionally focused specification, this GT4 RS combines one of Porsche’s most desirable modern configurations with the raw character of a naturally aspirated RS model.
