Open Position: Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to take ownership of our infrastructure, DevOps processes, and data analytics. You will be responsible for server migrations, automating internal workflows, and ensuring our platform is secure, cost-effective, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Migration: Lead the high-priority project of migrating current web servers to a new hosting provider to reduce costs and mitigate storage risks.
- DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate internal processes for editorial, sales, and finance teams.
- Analytics: Manage analytics requests and build business intelligence dashboards to infuse data-driven decision-making throughout the company.
- Security & Monitoring: Monitor system health, implement security best practices, and manage backups and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Linux server administration and cloud hosting environments.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Ansible, etc.) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and database querying.
