Chevrolet introduced the Camaro IROC-Z in 1985 to celebrate ten years of success in the International Race of Champions racing series. The car was equipped with, among other things, IROC-Z livery and a sport suspension, as well as the Tuned Port Injection system familiar from the Corvette.

This 1989 IROC-Z Coupé was imported to Finland from the United States as a moving vehicle in 1994. The car, which is in excellent original condition, was registered as a museum vehicle in 2020, after which it was repainted in the original red shade and the original IROC-Z tapes were replaced.

Over the past few years, the starter motor has been renewed. The throttle valve and fuel pump electrics have been renovated. The idle valve and oxygen sensor have been renewed and the fuel injection system has been cleaned. The car has just undergone an engine oil + filter change service at Grips Garage (December 3, 2024). The Camaro was inspected in May 2024, and the inspection is valid until May 2028.

The 5.7 liter V8 runs great and gearbox works perfectly. The car is really comfortable and feels real US performance car to drive.
