The SLS AMG offered here was first registered in the special color Sapphire Red Metallic (code: 434U) in 2010 as a leased vehicle in Munich. In 2012, the first registration in private ownership took place. In 2014, the vehicle then entered its first corporate collection, from which it moved two years later to its current owner, with whom it has been carefully stored and maintained ever since.

The extensive standard equipment includes a sports exhaust system, a 7-speed Speedshift transmission, bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, rain sensor, anti-theft alarm system, heated seats and air conditioning.

Furthermore, the optional equipment has not been spared. It includes, among other things, the Bang & Olufsen sound system, the AMG carbon ceramic brake system and the carbon interior package.

History of the series

The SLS AMG is the first Mercedes with gullwing doors since the famous 300 SL, which was built from 1954 to 1957. It is also the first vehicle developed independently by AMG. The engine is hand-built by a single worker at a time in Affalterbach, and the vehicle is then assembled in Sindelfingen.

The transaxle transmission also contributes to the even weight distribution of 47:53, along with the lightweight aluminum trellis frame and a very low-mounted engine. The 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 with its strong character impresses with its direct response and high torque, which is available even at low engine speeds. Together with the low center of gravity and the perfect technology from AMG, it offers an incomparable driving experience.

Quote from the 2010 auto-motor-sport test: "It is the first worthy successor to the original 300 SL gullwing. And it proves that the Swabian brand can still build a super sports car today."

The vehicle is located in our showroom in Stuttgart-Plieningen, close to the airport/trade fair. A test drive and an inspection on the car lift are possible by arrangement.
