This 1956 Fiat 1100 “Millecento" with a “hellblau” finish is truly a unique object. The current and authentic mileage is just 48,306 km! This particular Fiat 1100 was delivered in 1956 as a type 103B Luxe to Mr. Lindelööw in Köping, Sweden. This first owner kept old of the car for the next 18 years until July 1974. Up to 2010 the Millecento had a further three owners, all in Sweden, who all took great care of this little Italian. In 2010 the car was sold via London to the current owner. In 2012 this German collector commissioned a €20,000 mechanical overhaul. Between 2012 and 2018 this Fiat was mechanically totally overhauled. Because the previous owners had all taken good care over the years the rest of the car has never needed any restorative work or welding. Unique! The extensive accompanying paperwork includes all the invoices relating to the overhaul as well as a copy of its first entry to Sweden. From the above you will not be surprised by the perfect mechanics of the car allowing for faultless smooth and perfect handling and driving. The 1.1 Litre 4-cylinder engine runs very nicely. The manual 4-speed sends the power to the rear wheels and shifts smoothly. The interior trim is in a very good condition. As this is a “Luxe” model this Fiat 1100 has a front bench seat. The bodywork is of course rust-free and the lovely body panels are all correct try aligned. The paintwork has a nicely time-aged patina.
