Trade-in car. Project. Between 1959 and 1968 five series of the Sunbeam Alpine were built. Our early series IV Sunbeam Alpine roadster was built in England in 1965. In 1985 the car came to the Netherlands from France but was never registered here. This example does require a complete restoration and provides a solid base for this to happen. The chassis and underneath the car are in good condition without significant rust formation. The paintwork is old and tired with here and there a small amount of insect related corrosion. The original body panels are salvageable and ready to be restored to their former glory. The interior needs a jolly good clean up but is still in good condition. Whilst the engine runs, we would strongly advice thorough servicing and maintenance considering the fact that this car has stood still for a considerable time. This is a sound and solid base for resurrection to its former fine self. This car has American papers with all import duties and VAT paid.
