A Fully Body-off restored Volkswagen Beetle 1300 from 1970, fully constructed as a tribute to the Audi RS2.

Exterior:
The exterior of the beetle is executed in the original Audi color Nogaro Blau, the launch color of the RS2. The Audi RS2 was built in collaboration with Porsche and so the same details can be found in this Beetle, for example 17 inch Porsche 964 Cup 1 rims, Carbon mirrors and a special tailgate have been chosen.

Interior:
The interior of this Volkswagen Beetle is completely built to own taste, for example Sparco bucket seats with 4-point seat belts have been chosen. The car is also equipped with a complete roll cage from the Wiechers brand. All the clocks in the car are from a Porsche and are in good condition. An original Porsche spacemaster spare wheel is available in the luggage compartment.

The technique:
The technology of the beetle is in excellent condition, everything has been overhauled and restored. The engine is a 4-cylinder boxer engine that is drilled to 1914cc, good for a capacity of + - 100 hp. Another crankshaft has also been mounted, the flywheel has been lightened and only a-brand quality parts have been used. The gearbox is a manual 4-speed gearbox with a short shift gear lever.

The history:
This Volkswagen Beetle was delivered new in 1970 in the Netherlands and has remained in the Netherlands all those years. The car was completely dismantled by the last owner and completely restored as a tribute to the Audi / Porsche RS2.
