This 1957 BMW Isetta 250 ‘Bubble Car is the most iconic and most famous Micro Car ever made. The car we have in stock is the 4-wheel ‘De Luxe’ version, fitted with sliding windows and was supplied from new in February 1957. Over a period of two years, between 2016 and 2017, this Isetta was completely restored and mechanically overhauled. The Isetta now bears a ‘Zustandsnote 1’ taxation certification. The bodywork is simply splendid and could not be in a better state. The paintwork and chrome details are pristine. It has a ’two-tone’ blue and white finish. The luxurious finish is evident in the addition of a car radio; green tinted front screen, half leather interior trim and 2 rear wheels. Mechanically the car is in perfect working order. It has a 245 cc 4-stroke engine coupled with a 4-speed forward and 1 reverse gearbox. It comes with its old German registration documents. This Isetta is an uniquely preserved historic Bubble Car!
