Beschreibung

From the early 1970s, brothers Giuliano and Roberto Segoni (the first responsible for the mechanics and the second for the design), developed innovative tubular frames with a central supporting structure. In 1975 Segoni began the production of road-legal models, thus forging a partnership with Kawasaki for the first prototypes of the 900 Z1, known in Italy as the “testanera”. The power and compact size of this bike, with its four-cylinder four-stroke DOHC engine, combined with the Segoni fairing and frame, gave it that touch of uniqueness which set it apart right from its launch in 1975.
