an enamel dial and an 18K rose gold Corum buckle. Accompanied by the instruction

Three-body, polished and brushed, bezel set with diamonds (54 diamonds, about
1,61 cts), transparent case back with 4 screws, sapphire crystal.
Enamel with three horses, applied with 10 diamonds indexes. Rose gold skeleton
dauphin hands.
Cal. ETA 2892-A2, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 21 jewels, straight
line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring,
