an 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives, a period
Patek Philippe box and an invoice.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, lapidated lugs, sloped bezel.
Cream soft enamel, applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer dot minute markers. Yellow gold
Dauphine hands.
Cal.10-200, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hall Mark, rhodium plated, "fausses-côtes"
decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism
and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breget balance-spring, micrometer regulator.
