TRES RARE MODELE DE LA CELEBRE MONOPLACE FERRARI 500 GRAND PRIX PAR TOSCHI, CIRCA 1952, Créé pour être offert aux personnels de la Scuderia Ferrari et aux agents de la marque, très détaillé, avec pneus caoutchouc (un usé) sur des roues en tôle embouties « à rayons », la partie supérieure de la carrosserie étant démontable pour contenir une bouteille de liqueur (qui, une fois retirée, permet d'en faire un modèle animé au moyen d'un moteur caoutchouc relié au différentiel), flacon manquant, mais par ailleurs complet avec le mécanisme moteur, quelques traces de vieillissement sur la peinture et les pièces plaquées, carrosserie repeinte, longueur 54 cm, accompagné d'une photocopie montrant Fangio portant un modèle Toschi identique.

created as a presentation gift to Ferrari-team personnel and to dealership outlets, well-detailed and with rubber tyres (one worn) on pressed tin 'spoked' wheels, the upper half body removable originally containing a bottle of liqueur, (which when removed enabled conversion to a powered toy with rubber-band drive via geared differential to rear axle), lacking bottle but otherwise complete with motive mechanism kit, some age-wear to original paint finish and plated parts, main bodywork repainted, 54cm long, together with a photocopied image depicting Fangio with a similar Toschi model.
