Seven French early motoring-themed porcelain side-plates, early 20th Century, each transfer printed with a humourous early French motoring scene with caption, comprising five from an 'Automobiles' series, numbers 1 (x2), 4, 7 and 11, each 19.5cm diameter (crazed and two with hairline cracks); and two by Sujets Genty, numbered 1 and 8 of a series, each 18.5cm diameter, some crazing in places.
