After the Cunard Line’s R.M.S. Queen Mary beat Normandie’s speed records in August 1938, the French promoted her, as shown here, as "the world’s most perfect ship" (since she was unfortunately no longer the fastest ship!). Conservation linen mounted, framed, and glazed.
