The C 111 series consisted of 4 different versions from prototypes and experimental cars, which were tested between 1967 and 1976. Mercedes-Benz experimented with Wankel engines and plastic bodies. The lot here in the auction includes 2 original three-piston Wankel engines, with the associated test books, part lists, as well as documents of the company Wankel. As well as plans and documents of the C111.
