A fine and specially commissioned Victorian leather cased travelling drinks/sandwich set for two persons, by Asprey of Bond St, black leather square case with four leather flaps opening out to reveal interior fitted with a pair of leather-covered drinks flasks with integral plated cups with gilt-washed interiors, a plated drinking cup, small glass bottle, and condiments container, a pair of collapsible silver-plated sandwich boxes with gilt wash interiors, two circular plates, and a circular leather panel fitted with folding knives and forks with ivory handles, many pieces marked Asprey and monogrammed 'P.H.', specially commissioned for a Mrs Washington Hibbert of 12 Hill Street, and marked as such in gilt tooling to leather flaps, some wear commensurate with age, and two leather straps recent replacements by Asprey, the case 19cm wide.
