On July 14, 2011 we agreed the sale with the current owner of this beautiful Triumph TR6 PI. After having enjoyed it fully in the intervening years, the time has now come to say goodbye to it, because a new and again white-colored vehicle is waiting. This time no Old English White sports car, but a white camper/trailer. Also nice, but completely different. So we have our hobbies and vehicles at every stage of life.

We were therefore asked to find a new owner for the TR, and we are happy to accept that challenge, because the TR is due to its general condition and the famous 6 cylinder with in this case petrol injection and a joy for the eyes and ears.

We are talking about an original, in the Netherlands delivered TR, which is special in itself of course. In addition, all invoices from 1975 are present and the owners are therefore also known. How complete do you want it? The documentation and photos show that the Triumph was extensively restored in 1997. The body itself still looked quite good and did not require much attention, but the fenders were renewed all around.
Despite the extensive restoration, much has been invested in the TR over the years. All craftsmanship was done by classic specialists and that the car has done well. From a new clutch and drive shafts to normal maintenance of all technology and bodywork: everything was carried out according to the high standards of the owners. Just another example: the current owner had already planned to bring the car to us, but nevertheless he took care of a new MOT and a service …. perfect care until the last kilometer. That says something. Let’s say it is a sort of worthy farewell.

The true TR enthusiast is looking for a car like this one. Beautiful paint, good panel fittings, good chrome, neat interior, punctual and maintained in detail, nice options, etc. All this on top of the great driving, the wonderful sound and the tough and typical appearance must be the reasons that you want to have it… right?
