This Silver Spirit II was the 12th to be made on the production line and one of the first to arrive in Australia and first registered as a demonstration vehicle for the official Roll Royce Sydney distributor York Motors, East Sydney in September 2009.

The Silver Spirit present stunning in Georgian Silver paintwork with contrasting Navy-blue leather trim with timber work complementing the interior and all the Rolls-Royce luxuries know to this British Icon.

Released in late 1989, the Rolls-Royce Mk.II Silver Spirit was a prestige saloon. Manufactured in Crewe, England, the rear-wheel drive Mk.II Silver Spirit was powered by a 6.75-litre V8 petrol engine that was initially mated to a three-speed automatic transmission.

The 6.75-litre V8 petrol engine had an aluminium-silicon alloy cylinder block, aluminium alloy cylinder heads, two valves per cylinder and Bosch K Motronic fuel injection and ignition control. Supplied by General Motors, the three-speed TMH400 automatic transmission was used due to its high torque capacity.

The Spirit was the first car to feature the retractable spirit of ecstasy which sank into the radiator.
