This highly sought-after 928 in its European GTS version was registered on 23 May 1996 and is one of the very last 928s made. In fact, this 928 is the 456th car made out of a total of 476 produced, all versions combined, during 1995, the final year of production.
With the elegant black livery highlighting the 928's pure line, without any side moldings, it is in nice condition, and displays just 87,500 km on the odometer. Its interior is in pristine beige upholstery. The car was acquired by the current owner in May 2016.
This GTS has benefited from a major service at the Porsche Lorraine center in June 2020, including a complete overhaul of the engine and the automatic gearbox, replacement of the distributor, water pump, spark plugs, tires and the PSD pump, followed in October 2021 by the replacement of the fuel tank. Having covered only 1,000 km since then, its next buyer will be able to take full advantage of the Porsche know-how. This 928 has a certificate from the Swiss exhaust gas control, justifying the evolution of the mileage.
The 928 was the flagship of the Stuttgart brand for nearly 18 years and this example is one of the last in production, and one of the rare GTS.
