Trade-in car. We have a stunning Porsche 928S in “Oakgrun Metallic”. The first owner decided to match the dark green exterior with dark green leather interior trim. The 928 was the successor to the 911. Everyone at Porsche then was sure that this front-engined V8 coupé would push the 911 out of the lime-light. How different things eventually turned out! Still with hindsight the 928 is an exceptionally interesting car. It was a proper “Gran Turismo”, especially in this car’s turnout. The 4.5 litre V8 is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. This 928 is neat but would benefit from some attention. The bottom is sound and rust-free. The paintwork is tired and needs a re-spray to bring this car up to spec again. The interior is in reasonable condition but does require some love and attention. The leather is neat with a lovely patina, but does need proper leather treatment. The carpets are worn in several places and will need replacing. The first owner did add some desirable extra’s. The car has slide and tilt sunroof, cruise control and nice 16” platinum wheels.
