Exceptional history and condition: here are what characterises this Porsche 911 E which will undoubtedly attract the attention of enthusiasts of the brand. Sold new in Italy, it has had only three owners: the first from 1970 to 1976, the second (a friend of the first) between 1976 to 2015 and the third thereafter. These circumstances have enabled it to be preserved in an incredible original condition. The bodywork shows no signs of corrosion and the paint is predominantly original (apart from two panels). The entire interior remains the one fitted when it was delivered new. Well preserved, it displays a beautiful usage patina. The odometer displays 765 km, which actually refers to 100,765 km genuine mileage. All mechanical elements (engine, gearbox, running gear) are original and a very complete file enables the buyer to check the car's servicing history, coming with its logbooks, tool kit, both keys, an old Italian plate and various original documents.
Compared to previous 911 models, the 911 E of 1970 kept the traditional bodywork but benefited from a 2.2-litre injection engine of which 155 hp almost produced 160 hp of the first 2-litre 911 S. It is therefore a very fast car, which offers the assertive personality of the first 911. Recently serviced at Flat 06, it represents a rare opportunity to acquire a car with a character which has not been affected by bad use or any restoration.
