French collector title

- Same owner since 1973
- Never restored
- Inimitable " Rat Rod " look
- Two engines including the original one
- No reserve

According to the records, this car is a 2-litre 911T model from 1967, first registered late, on 9 April 1968. The current owner, a retired airline pilot, bought the car in 1973 and registered it on 26 April of the same year. He drove the car regularly around Paris, without ever doing anything to the body. Some thirty years ago, he had the underbody and the hollow spaces treated. This was carried out, not as a restoration, but simply to preserve the car so that it could age gracefully. Today, this Porsche is presented in the most amazingly original condition. The paintwork has faded, losing some of its shine and it displays the most charming patina. It is typical of a car that has led a life in Paris, bearing the scars of minor parking-related incidents on its front and rear bumpers. The interior reveals two original black faux-leather seats, with added headrests. The car's original engine (2080968) has been carefully preserved by the owner and will be passed on to the buyer. It is still run regularly, and drives well, despite the areas of corrosion on the chassis noted by the contrôleur technique (MOT inspector). It will be sold with its owner's manual and original, but incomplete toolkit.
There are very few Porsches surviving in such original condition as this example. The buyer will have the choice of either continuing to drive the car regularly with its unique " Rats " styling, having had some work carried out on the chassis, or to carry out a full restoration on this rare and highly sought-after model. For us, the choice would be easy..." Rat Rod " all the way !!!
