The 991.2 GT2 RS is the ultimate road going incarnation of the 911 model - delivering hypercar performance in the practical 911 package. The most powerful engine in a road going 911 produces 691 bhp and 553 ib/ft of torque, resulting in a 0-60 mph time of 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 212 mph. In fact the model is understood to be capable of 223 mph but the car is limited to 212 mph to preclude the necessity of the development of a new tyre. 

When launched, the car held the production car lap record at the Nurburgring delivering a 6 minute 47 second lap and yet what the statisctics do not convey is the real world accessibility of the performance in any gear, at any speed.

Retaining the traditional GT2 architecture of a twin turbo flat six delivered to the rear wheels - the Weissach pack was an additional option at £21k. The package reduced weight by 30 kgs and came with a titanium roll cage, carbon roof, unique carbon anti-roll bars front and rear, magnesium wheels amongst other features.
