Beschreibung
Porsche 911 2.7 ‘Jubilee Edition’ 1975 - rare limited edition 1/154 ex. - very good overall condition - 12-month warranty
Delivered in August 1974 in Germany, this Porsche 2.7 Jubilee Edition is one of 1,063 examples produced to celebrate the brand's ‘Silver Anniversary’ and is one of 154 coupés produced for Europe.
It is one of the rarest and most affordable limited edition Porsches on the market.
This Porsche is in superb overall condition, fully restored in 2020 and completely true to the original:
- Porsche certificate available
- Engine block to correct specifications (150 hp).
- Matching 915 gearbox/axle
- Mechanics redone in 2020/2021 at Auto Passion 21, a Porsche specialist near Dijon
On this occasion, several parts were modified, including:
- New Nikasil-treated cylinder bore (as original), 9:1 high compression pistons
- Specific camshafts and valve springs
- Fuel pump
- The engine wiring harness has been redone
- New exhaust
- The body was restored in 2020 (notably the lower body, cross member and
front mask, headliner) and the car was repainted in its original silver metallic colour
(like all Jubilee versions).
- New Bilstein shock absorbers (original on a Jubilee)
- New reinforced stabiliser bars (original on a Jubilee). Geometry report available. Car has not been in an accident as all measurements are correct.
- New tyres
A complete set of invoices is available.
Some important details:
- Fuchs 7‘ front and 8’ rear 15" wheels
- Interior with period-correct Recaro sports seats, refurbished (foam replaced, original covers retained)
- New original midnight blue carpet
- Last service in August 2024 with oil change/filter and brake fluid change, etc.
When driving, the engine is very responsive, revving up smoothly and without any ‘holes’,
comfortable at high revs. It should be noted that the 2.7 versions from 1974 and 1975 (except S) have an original short axle
which increases driving pleasure, which the 2.7s from 1976 and
1977 no longer have. The steering is light and precise, with no play in the wheel. Original brakes are effective.
