Beschreibung
Porsche 911 2.7 “Jubilee Edition” 1975 – rare limited series 1 of 154 – restored – 12-month warranty
Delivered in August 1974 in Germany, this Porsche 2.7 Jubilee Edition is one of the 1,063 units produced to celebrate the brand’s “Silver Anniversary” and is one of only 154 coupes made for Europe.
It is one of the rarest and most affordable limited-edition Porsches on the market.
This Porsche is in excellent overall condition, fully restored in 2020 and completely factory correct:
Porsche Certificate available
Engine block to correct specifications (150 hp)
Matching 915 gearbox and differential
Engine overhauled in 2020/2021 by Auto Passion 21, a Porsche specialist near Dijon
On that occasion, several components were modified, including:
New displacement treated with Nikasil (as originally), 9:1 high-compression pistons
Specific camshafts and valve springs
Fuel pump
Engine wiring harness redone
New exhaust system
The body was restored in 2020 (including sills, crossmember, front panel, and headliner) and repainted in its original silver metallic color (as all Jubilee versions were)
New Bilstein shock absorbers (original on a Jubilee)
Reinforced stabilizer bars (original on a Jubilee), new. Geometry report available. Accident-free car with all correct measurements
New tires
A complete file of invoices is available.
Additional important details:
Fuchs wheels: front 7" and rear 8", 15"
Interior features period-correct Recaro sport seats (foam replaced, original upholstery retained)
New carpet in original midnight blue color
Last service in August 2024 including oil/filter change, brake fluid replacement, etc.
On the road, the engine is very lively, revs up quickly with no flat spots, and performs well at high RPM. Note that the 2.7 versions from 1974 and 1975 (except the S) have a short final drive as standard, which enhances driving pleasure—something the 1976 and 1977 2.7s lack. The steering is light and precise, with no play. Original braking system performs well.
The current owner has maintained the car carefully and had a full check performed on the gearbox. A roadworthiness inspection (CT) will be done for the sale, and it is important to note that this Porsche is sold with a 12-month CarJager mechanical breakdown warranty.
