The 3.4L engine runs perfectly and starts immediately. The engine doesn’t smoke or vibrate.
The automatic transmission shifts well and the brakes work properly.

The interior is completely original and looks good. Beautiful original leather seats. The interior features a wood finish in the dashboard and door panels.

In some places, especially under the windscreen, the wood is loose and missing pieces. The best thing for a perfect finish of the interior is to replace it with a new set of wooden strips for the 996.

The exterior is original and the original paint / lacquer is still in good condition. Of course a single small trace of use can be found here and there due to being 23 years old.
