The 993 was the final generation of the air-cooled 911 and as such will always have a special place in the affections of Porsche enthusiasts. It's also widely said to be the last of the 911s that were built whilst engineering integrity overruled accounting pressures at Porsche. 20 years on, it still looks modern - a truly timeless design. It was introduced in the autumn of 1994 and was claimed to be 80% new with more curvaceous bodywork and a number of new panels creating a much smoother and more integrated look however, importantly, this new style was still every inch a 911 in the traditional manner, with the profiles of the doors and rear quarter windows remaining unchanged from earlier models.

Finished in Polar Silver with Classic Grey leather, this four-wheel drive, 6-speed manual gearbox, left-hand drive 993 Coupé was originally supplied by Sonnen Porsche of San Francisco (original invoice in file) and is believed to have been specified from new with air conditioning, CD player, Sunroof, electric adjustable seats, headlight washer, PAS and an integrated bumper with extendable rear spoiler. 

It was imported into the UK in 2018 and since then has remained in a private Collection, dry stored and only used occasionally. In June 2021 at 57,775 miles, it was recommissioned at renowned specialists, Gantspeed, to ensure perfect mechanical condition, full details are in the history file along with the invoice totalling £2,921.

Having benefited from the California climate, the bodywork and paintwork are in excellent condition as is the interior which is commensurate with the low mileage of 58,975. As well as the aforementioned invoices, the file also contains the V5C, MOTs, manuals etc. as well as some service history from the US.
