Supplied new to its first owner in Phoenix, Arizona via Competition Hollywood, finished in Smyrna Green with a faux grey interior. According to the Kardex the original motor number was 703748, we understand from the former owner that a replacement motor, number 609271, was supplied by Porsche when the car was 6 months old, while the gearbox remains original to the car. It was found by Dennis Collins from Collins Brothers Jeep, an avid Porsche dealer and collector, in January 2018. The car remained in Texas with Dennis for a while before being sold to Classics-World in Belgium, it was then acquired by our customer in October 2019, since when over 160 hours have been logged restoring the car to it's current condition. The gearbox has been inspected and rebuilt, the engine has been taken apart and rebuilt, the carburetors have been rebuilt and vapor blasted.

This is an excellent candidate to perform a ground-up restoration back to its original delivery.
